China Offshore Oil Corp Shanghai Eastern Oil Company explored and developed
Pinghu Oil & Gas Field in mid 1990's. Pinghu is a deep water field with platform
located at 300 Km offshore East China Sea.
Pan International Ltd. designed, installed, and commissioned modular offshore drilling rig packages. Pan International contracted and built the modular drilling rig package for Pinghu offshore platform supplying natural gas to Shanghai city. The mast was required to be designed and built to withstand 60m/s wind speed. The drilling package was equipment with the latest technology and machinery.
